Successful International Arbitration Secured
The Disputes Team at Laytons is pleased to announce the successful outcome to an arbitration for a European client against a major steel producer.
The claim related to several contracts for the sale and purchase of large volumes of steel rolls, which proved to be defective. An award of a little under €2m and costs was ultimately secured for the client.
The team was led by John Abbott who was ably assisted in the case by Ben Thorogood, Dan Walter and Anna Svensson.
