Laytons ETL are proud to have advised the shareholders in the sale of Phoenix Management Group, England’s leading cricket talent management business to CSM Sport & Entertainment.

The team, led by David Sefton and Kathryn Beasley, were delighted to work alongside Seneca Corporate Finance, led by Christian Hitchen, in this transaction.

Phoenix, founded in 2018 by former professional cricketer, Neil Fairbrother manages some of the biggest names in English cricket such as Joe Root, Jos Buttler and Ben Stokes.
