Marianne qualified as a solicitor in October 2022, before joining Laytons’ employment team in January 2024.
Marianne has experience with both contentious and non-contentious work. Her recent cases include advising on maternity leave dismissals, settlement agreements and TUPE transfers.
Being half-French and having obtained a degree from Sciences Po in France, Marianne is particularly well placed to assist international individuals and organisations with their employment needs.
