Ashley acts for a number of international offshore banks in relation to their lending and security requirements in respect of both residential and commercial property matters, as well as acting for private individuals.

Ashley has acted for a number of high profile clients, both individuals and well-known companies, in the fields of sport, entertainment and the media.  He has also acted for and maintains close connections with Trust companies in a number of offshore jurisdictions, including the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man.

Ashley has built up strong connections with high net worth individuals and families, particularly in the Middle East, Far East and UK and works with them personally to achieve their goals.

Ashley has been mentioned in an article in a national newspaper as having exchanged contracts on a prime central London residential property within twelve hours of receiving instructions. He was invited to give a keynote presentation to the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors on Ransom Strips.

Ashley joined Lattey & Dawe solicitors in 1985 as a trainee and qualified in 1987. He became a Partner of Lattey & Dawe in 1997 and continues first as a Partner and now as Senior Consultant with Laytons LLP following its merger with Lattey & Dawe on 1 April 2019.
